- first stage :
doing the needed and special medical examnation to determine the right place to direct the radiation to , beside the predict the benefits and possible side effects of the radiation thearpy

- third stage : 
the radiation therapy stage :
1. usually the patient will lie down on a specialized bed , hold still , and recieve instrution about possible reaction during the therapy session 
2. an upper part of the machine , which is be moving horizantly around the patient , specificly around the tumor area , to direct its radiation waves in different angles 
3. the session usually last around 15-30 mnts , and  patient need more than one session 

possible side effects of radiation thearpy :

1. burning sensation on the effected area
2. itching 
3. irritation
4. hair loss 
5. nausea or vomiting
