Diagnosis of the cause of right side stomach pain:
You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- ALT
- AST
- Billirubin
- Amylase
- Abdominal US...etc
Treatment of right side stomach pain:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can take:- Paracetamol 500 mg three times daily
- Omeprazole 40 mg once daily
