Repeated vomiting 5 year old girl

What is the treatment of recurrent vomiting  s

1. By anti emetic that act centrally to stop the nausea hence the sickness
2. antibiotics in case of bacterial gastritis or gastro enteritis
3. Iron supplement because iron deficiency anemia cause wierd feeling at the throat  
4. surgery by remove any existed mass in the throat causing the difficulty in swelling or to correct and esophageal condition existed 
5. treat any existed reflux by antacid and conservative treatment as to divide your three major meals into six small meals , and avoid eating spicey food and avoid eating for at least three hours prior sleeping

what are the causes of recurrent vomiting 

1. Gastritis and gastroenteritis
2. Iron deficiency anemia
3. Pancreatitis
4. Intestinal obstruction
5. Oesophageal polyp or web

what are the associated symptoms of recurrent vomiting

1.  Abdominal pain
2.  Diarrhea espicially
3.  Vomitting of bloody material 
4. fever and fatigue
5. Difficulty in swallowing or even painful swallowing
6. Weight loss 

what are the diagnostic test to diagnose the cause

1. clinical examination
2.  Imaging studies with swallowed contrast  
3. Endoscopy and then take biobsy and send it to histopathology lab
