Hello sir, my name is prasanth. I have a allergy,After I drink normal cold water my nostrils getting closing partially because of this I can't breathing problems also.how can prevent this allergy sir,?l hope your reply now.

2. avoid smoking and any perfumed products or perfumes
3. have a healthy life style and avoid headache triggers such as high brightness screens
4. you can use OTC mucus relievers ( mostly every pharmacy have those products )
5. avoid cold enviroments and any food or situations triggers such as cold water
6. you may use a spary to relieve your nose closure such as Fluticasone ( inhalers )
7. you may oral corticostiroid if you medical illness is severe
