According to your description, such headache may be due to:- Muscle spasm
- Cervical disc

Diagnosis of the cause of headache:
You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Blood pressure
- Eye examination
- Cervical x-ray
- Cervical MRI...etc
Treatment of headache:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis, you can take the following treatment:- Celecoxib 300 mg once daily
- Muscle relaxant as relaxon twice daily
- Diclofene gel twice daily
