its highly unlikely , but also its not impossible especially if you teeth brushing contained blood or simple mouth gum bleeding , but as we mentioned earlier , its highly unlikely 
what is the infection rate by HIV contaminated tooth brush ?
the rate is really low , and its less than 0.02 % 
what to do in this case ?
1. as we mentioned earlier , you are unlikely to be infected , so dont worry 
2. in case if you have any symptoms , try treating it as it self , as example : if you got cold symptoms , treat cold symptoms 
3. if you symptoms presist or new severe symptoms , consult an dermatology doctor 
4. you can also do an HIV rapid test which is accurate ,  you need to take it after 1 month L 3 months of exposure
