Causes of stomach pain:
According to your description, such pain may be due to:- Gastritis
- Pepric ulcer
- Pancreatitis
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Cholecystitis
- Muscular pain...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of stomach pain;
You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Abdominal US
- Stool analysis
- H.pylori
- Amylase
- ALT
- AST
- Billirubin
- Urea
- Creatinine..etc
Treatment of stomach pain:
It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can use omeprazole 40 mg once daily before eating.And you have to:
- Avoid salts
- Avoid smoking
- Drink good amount of water daily
- Avoid stress
