what are the causes of you hip pain

Symptoms include

1. abnormal vaginal discharge.
2. fever (greater than 38°C) .
3. abnormal vaginal bleeding
4.   dyspareunia pain with intercourse
5. lower abdominal pain .
6. pain on movement
7. pain with defication or urination

1. simple analgesia as ibuprufin or acetaminophen , or celecoxib
2. remove the IUD and use another method for contraception
3. antibiotics as doxycycline or metronidazole or ciprofloxacin , ceftriaxone
4. in case of femoral head problem you might relieve it by analgesia
5. and in sever case you need surgery

3. uterine ultrasound
4. hip xray and MRI
