Treatment of chest itching:
It depends on the cause and to relieve symptoms till the right diagnosis you can use the following treatment:- Cetrizine 10 mg once daily before sleep
- Prednisone 5 mg twice daily
- Betamethazone cream twice daily
Causes of chest itching:
It may be caused by:- Allergy
- Scabies
- Viral infection
- Eczema
- Renal problem
- Kidney problem
- Thyroid problem...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of chest itching:
You have to visit a dermatologist for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- TSH
- Free T4
- Urea
- Creatinine
- ALT
- AST
- Billirubin...etc
