it seems that you have to exclude cellulitis as it has the highest correlation with the symptoms you have mentioned
CELLULITIS is a bacterial infection caused by STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS or STRPTOCOCCUS
This inflammation affects the layers of the skin in a place
Symptoms of cellulites
1. High temperature
2. Redness of the skin
5. In advanced cases lead to ulcers in the skin
6. Acute inflammation of the blood in advanced cases
Cellulite is diagnosed by
1. Take the full patient history
2. Perform clinical examination
3. Perform a CBC blood test and know the number of white blood cells
treatment of cellulitis
In severe cases when white blood cells are higher than 20,000, an intravenous antibiotic containing penicillin is given
In intermediate cases, CEFURIXIME 500 MG is administered twice daily orally
