- Cataflam 50 mg twice daily

It depends on many factors as:
- Type of the cyst

- Symptoms of the cyst
- Patient age and general health
- Follow up to do ultrasound and determine the change in size
- Hormonal therapy with oral contraceptives
- Surigcal intervention to remove the cyst.
Symptoms of ovarian cyst:
- Abdominal pain

- Menstrual disturbance
