no it was few years ago i was fine and while i am setting down i felt like my lower back is cut and pain

what is the treatment of back pain

  1. conservative management as in rest , take some analgesia if it is not responded to regular analgesia as brufen or baclophen there is the selective cox family like arcoxia and celebrix
  2. also muscle relaxant is good combination with analgesia with physiotherapy and back muscles excersice for good support for your spine
  3. recounstruvtive injection into intervertebral disc in case of disc herniation , but before you take it tell the doctor that you are diabetic so he reduce the steroid dose in it
  4. immuno globulin in case of autoimmun neurological disease or muscular disease , but from what you describe you most probably have disc herniation and commonly it come between vertebrae L4 and L5
  5. last resort is surgery

  1. muscle spasm
  2. intervertebral disc herniation
  3. neuropathy
  4. muscular disease

 

 

what are the associated symptoms for back pain

  1. tingling sensation of lower limp
  2. unable to control urin or stool
  3. weakness in the lower limp
  4. numbness over the skin at areas of lower limp


what are the tests used to diagnose the cause of back pain

  1. clinical exam
  2. lumbar spine MRI 
  3. electromyography
