2. Ultra-sound image there is empty uterus

3. pregnancy hormone blood test is low or negative

how is misscarriage treated
1. Conservative treatment followed by tissue passage and full placenta,with analgesics and rest
2. If there is still tissue seen on ultrasound or felt by the doctor at the cervix , give vaginal suppositories such as misoprost to be taken down
3. dilate the uterus and curettage

1. prophylactic hydroxyprogesteron injectiom

2. rest and avoid heavy moves and excersice

3. cervical cerclage as the dosctor put a stich on the uterine cervix

4.treat clotting problem as antiphospholipids syndrome
