What is headache treatment?

voltamol which contains diclofen50mg and parcetamol500mg and both give a strong effect to relieve headache
Sedaprin It contains paracetamol250mg, caffien 65mg, aspirin 250mg
But it is forbidden to take these drugs for patients with hypertension and heart and kidney diseases
