Treatment of fever:
It depends on the cause, and according to your description it is mostly due to respiratory infection, so you can take the following treatment:- Ibuprofen 600 mg twice daily
- Augmentin 625 mg three times daily for 5days ( if you have no allergy to penicillin )
- Cetrizine 10 mg once daily before sleep for 5 days
Symptoms of respiratory infection:
- Fever
- Dyspnea
- Cough
- Wheezing
- Sputum production
- Headache
- General fatigue
Diagnosis of respiratory infection:
You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC
- Chest x-ray
