and you are stricted to your cardiologist advises regarding your diet and weight loss and working out
there is no need for checking things up

there is no need for checking things up
else:
- need to check kidney functions
- echocardiography to assist the heart situation
- eye exam for any retinal disease might appear
- check the glucose level
- check your lipid progile
- and most impotantly keep up with your cardiologist on regular basis at least two visit a year
