Side effects of suprax:

It can cause many different side effects as:

• Nausea
• Vomitting...etc

.And according to your complain, it is mostly due to suprax
You can stop it and change ot to another antibiotic as ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily.

Causes of penis discharge:

It is usually due to an infection as gonorrhea or other types of infection.

Diagnosis of the cause:

It is better to do urine analysis and culture of the penis discharge to determine the exact cause and best treatment of it,
