she had Astroke and treated 2 weaks ago then cardiologist advised revaroxeban for alife 20mg daily and the case has arheumatoid 20 years ago with it's medication that harm GIT .

since it is an anticoagulant most probably causing GIT bleeding
and presented as
- coffee ground vomiting
- black tarry stool
what other side effect of revaroxaban
