I am a 32-year-old man. I have been married for...
I am a 32-year-old man. I have been married for over two years, and we are planning to have a child for some time, but unfortunately things are not working out. I do also have a habit of masturbating.My wife and I have a healthy sex life and do sex daily as I love very much , but she has been unable to conceive so far. We’d like you to guide us and suggest, if possible, opportune times or diet that will help my wife conceive. We have consulted the doctor also and I have also give my semen analysis test and the reports were normal the test results count was 50million and the doctor said no need to worry it’s fine. But My wife periods are not regular.. she has not got periods since last 3 months. I work abroad and every after two months I come home for 1 month visit. And that time I do regular sex I have maintained good diet also.. but still she is not conceiving . Please doctor guide me what to do.
