- You should go to the nearest medical center for clinical assessment and evaluation to exclude fracture
- Rest your Ankle : Avoid any phyiscal activity until complete recovery
- You can benefit from applying cold compressors for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours to relieve the pain in your ankle
- You can take Analgesic such as Trufen 600 two times per day
- Topical analgesic and anti-inflammatory agents such as Voltaren Gel three times per day
- In severe cases of Ankle strain your doctor will recommend splinting of your joint to relieve the pain
