It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can use the following treatment:- Celecoxib 200 mg once daily for 10 days.
- Tri Bs complex injections ( day after day )
Causes of hip joint pain:
According to your descritpion, such pain may be due to:- Osteoarthritis
- Tendenitis
- Sacroiliatis
- Sciatica...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of hip poin:
You have to visit an orthopedist for clinical examination and investigations as:- Hip x-ray
- Hip CT
