is there any problem and medical condition if you feel its hard to tear the hymen and lose viginity :
viginity or tearing the hymen is usually done by normal sexual intercourse , and its surely not recommanded to try doing it by hand or inserting other tools , just by the right stimulation ( sexual stimulation ) and sexual intercourse , the hymen could be tears in painless or less side effects process 
what do you feel so much in pain while trying to do it by your own self :
because it more likely the vaginal area is dry , which make it hard to tear , and painful as well
what to do the hymen is teared and how to take care of the bleeding :
1. stop the sexual intercourse for while until the bleeding stops 
2. avoid inserting anything in vagina 
3. using the sanitary pads
4. keep your private area clean and avoid any perfume or irritante substance 
5. avoid stress and heavy activities 
tearing hymen bleeding signs :
1. its a bit heavier than normal menstural bleeding 
2. may be accompined with pain 
3. lasts for some days
