SGPT :  7 to 56 units per liter

Total cholesterol:

HDL is a useful fat :

More than 50 mg / dL or more than 1.3 mmol / L for women
LDL, a harmful fat :
Less than 100 mg / dL
Triglycerides
Less than 150 mg / dL, or less than 1.70 mmol / L
 

What is the treatment of high Triglycerides level?

1) Weight Loss
2) Stay away from fatty food
3) Maintain an acceptable level of sugar in the blood
4)Take omega 3 daily
5) Take bezafibrate 400mg once daily

What is my advice to you ?

your liver enzyme SGOT is a little high which is may be due to some drug or lifestyle , so you shoudn't worry , just do some exercise and do the above mentioned stepes and follow up after 6 months
