1. there is pills made for such things containning norethisteron
2. that is containning progesteron and estrogen 
3. it is taken orally
4. sold under the name of primolut nor or aminor

start to take them 1 week  to 4 days before your expected date of period taking 1 pill 5 mg a day
your period will started 2 days "at least"after you stop the pills
