Hi Doctor,A few weeks ago I started having an erection problem. I am able to get an erection but not hard enough. It seems by coincidence started on my Sixty Birthday anniversary. Prior to that I had good hard erection but softening down immediately after sexual intercourse finish, in the last few months. I have a high blood pressure and have been taking medicine for the last 15 years, at present i am taking one tablet of XFORGE 5/160. I am also taking one Cholesterol tablet Livazo 4mg, for the last 6 years, but my Lipid Profiles are always under the Limits and by BP are within the limit. My Diet in general is healthy. I don't eat Red Meat a lot. Very small if none weekly. I eat salad daily with Brown and multi seed bread.I have been a moderate smoker, since my twenties.Can you please advise, on what I have to do to improve and maintain hard erection. Thanks

No not yet. From last week, i started taking natural supplement from ADRIEN GAGNON, called Stimulex.

No nothing in particular, except my HGB is on the high side, 16 to 18, all other Blood, Kidney function and related results are always good. I have been taking daily another supplement called Cardio Ace. one capsul per day and one Aspirin Protect 100.
