Am with healthy issues am a foreigner working in Oman, but the climate in Oman is too harsh for me so when it's too hot I sweat, and my body gets rashes under my arms,under my breasts and in between my legs, and they become a discomfort to me since they inche me the whole body what can I do and what do u think is the problem ?

Not really coz I work in the house and am not allowed to move beyond the house premises

Regarding your question
How to diagnose the cause the cause of skin rash?
There are many causes and those include:
Allergy,
Dermatological disease
humidity
Local infection
How to manage akin rash due to allergy?
avoid using hot water to shower
shower every other day instead of every day
keep your shower time to less than 10 minutes
use a moisturizing soap when you shower
apply moisturizer immediately after showering
avoid itching or scrubbing dry skin patches
use a humidifier in your home
drink plenty of water
If there is itching and wide space of skin rash in this case you need to use dexamethasone injection and also you need to use topical hydrocortisone 1%
I also recommend to use antihistamine medications like fexofenadin120mg to easen symptoms
What is my advice to you ?
you need to consult dermatologist to help you and to follow up treatment
