Cause of delayed period:
According to your description and as your pregnancy test is positive, then you do not have to take any medication for delayed period as there is pregnancy.You have to start taking floic acid once daily for 3 months and you have to visit your doctor to start followi up.
Symptoms of pregnancy:

- Abdominal Pain

- Breast pain
