Treatment of fever in pregnancy:

It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis she can take:

• Paracetamol 500 mg three to four times per day
• And she may need antibiotic if there is bacterial infection.

Causes of fever:

It may be due to:

• Respiratory infection
• Sinusitis
• Ear infection
• Urine tract infection
• Gastritis...etc

Diagnosis of the cause of fever:

You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC
• Chest x-ray
• Abdominal US
• Urine analysis..etc
