- enefla is a pain killer , usually used to the following causes :
1. headache 
2. toothache 
3. joint 
4. fever 
consist of :  Caffeine and Aspirin

enefla side effects :

1. skin rash 
2. shortness of breath
3. swelling of face and oral cavity
4. mouth ulcers 
5. itching 

enefla common dose :

pain and fever ( adults ) : 500-1000 mg every 4- 6 hours , or only in need 
- maximum dose is : 4000 daily
