I have been noticed this for almost 2 weeks...
I have been noticed this for almost 2 weeks already. I have a swollen gum or the frenum they called in between of my two front teeth. On the first week it was painful and now no pain at all but I can still notice that it is still big than the normal size it was. I am now using Parodontox wash 2 times a day. And I can say I am hygienic im my my oral care. But on the prior week before this become bulge I remember it was very painful in between of my front teeth, as days passed it became swollen and this.Thank you!I really hope you can help me. This will turn a 3week this next week and it really bothers me alot.
Doctor's Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
No medication at all but I was trying Parodontox wash, hope it well help. I haven’t seen yet a doctor.

- Incorrect brushing or flossing techniques
- Poor hygiene
- abscessed tooth
- sensitive teeth
- gingivitis
- Hormonal changes
- Malnutrition or vitamin deficiency
How to treat the problem?
- Saltwater rinse
- removal of plaque and tartar buildup
- Remove bacteria by brushing after meals and before bedtime.
- Floss at least once each day
- Maintain a healthy and well-balanced diet
- See a dentist twice a year for checkups and professional teeth cleaning.
