what is the treatment of peptic ulcer ?
1.Pantovir 40mg twice daily for 14 days
2. Metronidazole 500mg three times daily 14 days
3. Clarithromycin 500mg three times daily
what is the peptic ulcer ?
it’s a painful sores or ulcers in the lining of the stomach or the first part of small intestine (duodenum).
what are the caused of peptic ulcer ?
1.Excessive usage of analgesia like non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like trofen or diclofen
2.Usage of aspirin
3.Smoking
4.Excessive alcohol drinking
Signs of peptic ulcer  :
1.heart burn
2. vomiting
3. bloating
4. vomiting of blood in severe untreated cases
5.severe abdominal pain due to perforation of stomach or small intestine in sever cases
5. dark or brown stool (melena) due to bleeding
