Normal sugar limit in the morning

Normal suger level:

• Normal fasting plasma glucose is less than 100
• Abnormal fasting is above 125
• Between 100 and 126, the persone is at risk to have DM in the future.

How DM diagnosed:

• Fasting plasma glucose above 125
• Random plasma glucose above 200 woth the presence of symptoms
• HbA1c Above 5.6

Symptoms of DM:

• Increase frequency of urination
• Increase feeling of thirst
• Headache
• Blurred vision
• Limbs numbness and tingling
