You have to visit your doctor dor clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC
• Abdominal US
• H.pylori
• Stool analysis
• Upper endoscope if needed

Treatment of Stomach pain:

It depends on the cause, and tiil the right diagnosis, you can use omeprazole 40 mg once daily in the morning for 14 days.
And you have to:

• Avoid smoking
• Avoid caffiene
• Avoid stress
• Drink good amount of water daily
