if the cuase due to chest infection it can be treated by the following :
there are many causes of chest pain that are
1.chest pain related to cardiac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina
in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain
2. Chest pain related to respiratory causes, such as bronchitis or common cold or lung infection
in these cases, the pain is associated with cough, fever, chest-wheezing
3. chest pain related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia
4. anemia
regarding your question, I advise you to visit the hospital to examine your chest , and to do chest x ray to exclude serious medical conditions

- drink warm lliquids
- take paracetamol 500 mg three times per day
- take antibiotic like amoxicillin 500 mg three times per day

there are many causes of chest pain that are
1.chest pain related to cardiac causes such as myocardial infarction or angina
in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain
