It's fine to eat Dates and other fruits , but you have to eat only small amounts of dates as it can aggrevates symptoms if you eat large quantities

• Follow up with your doctor as he/she will prescribe medications to lower uric acid levels such as Clochicine and other medication like Uro-kit to prevent stones
