iniatlly I got urinary tract infection urithritis...
iniatlly I got urinary tract infection urithritis and swelling in glans pens 3 months before I took many antibiotics and pain killer and many medicine's. urithritis cured but inflammation and swelling still persist in the glans penis and feel pain after hard rerrection and especially after ejaculations. and glans penis become little red.and little swollen. what should I do

yes urologist and he checked my penis said.it is OK. abut I feel pain after ejaculations.

I have diabetes. and first time as I know this infection occur when I have very rough enter course. Secondly I always pass urine after Intercourse but 3 months one night I feel tired and did not and have very dry Intercourse also

- bacterial balantits as in STDs like gonorrhea
- fungal balanitis
- viral balanitis as HSV
- allergic balanitis
diagnosis of balanitis :
medical history and examination are enough for the diagnosis
treatment of balanitis :
- alleregic type needs anti-allergic like topical hydrocrotisone .
- bacterial type needs antibiotic
- fungal type needs antifungal medication
