cause of left side abdominal pain after running :

in you face under rips pain ( right side ) , then its totally normal physiological condition which is caused by the movment of the diaphram 
what to do to avoid both kinds of pain :
1. dont drink excessive amount of water during or before the running activity 
2. keep your self hydrated , and have a bite ( small meal ) before physical activities
