I have experienced migraine for years, but I was able to deal with it. Few months ago, I had a continuous attack for about two months which wasn't responding to migraine treatment.Few weeks ago there is pain in area above ear and mastoid process, very localized, increases with head movement and on compression on itContinuous compression leads to some sort of tinglingShould I worry?What should I do?

I am on panadol extra and amigraine, just during attacks
Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I just want to know if there is a relation between hormonal level around the month and severity of migraine

What is the advice for you ?


I advice you ti take ibuprofen 600mg 1x2 plus migrain medication , due to highly suggestive history of masoiditis and TMJ inflamation
you need to be seen by a neurologist to rull out other conditions

Thanks for replying, doctorI just want to tell you that I have already seen an ENT doctor who excluded sinusitis, TMJ and mastoiditis. I want to be sure that there is nothing worrying regarding this pain, I don't get itI also wanted to know if there is a relation between hormonal changes and severity of attacks or prolongation of themSpecial thanks
