6. Follow your cardiologist if your readings are not within normal range or if you have symptoms associated with high blood pressure

7. Follow your cardiologist on a regular basis every three months to see if you need any update or change in your antihypertensive medications

8. In the event of high pressure or emergency, as you have with you, enter the hospital and is dealing with the situation by gradually lowering the pressure to give medicines such as propranolol and diuretics
