Diagnosis of the cause of dysuria:

You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC
• Urine analysis
• Urea
• Creatinine
• Urine culture
• Abdominal US
• X-ray

Treatment of dysuria:

It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can use the following treatment:

• Cefuroxime 500 mg twice daily for 5 days.
• And you have to drink good amount of water daily and avoid salts.
