What is treatment of disc bulging ?

daily rest and avoid carrying heavy objects
take  trofen 600mg three times daily
use diclofen gel 4 times daily
take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation
if your symptoms arent improved within 10 days . you should visit your doctor to take a full medical history and to examine you and to order x ray and evaluating your need for surgical intervention or not
