is stage 2 fatty liver risky and is it hepatitis :

if you have no symptoms , then its not risky , but you still have to take care of your body and health , and 2ed stage fatty liver doesnt mean you have hepatitis

2. control your diet and lower fats and heavy meals 
3. exercise in mild range such as 3 times a week
4. dont drink alcohol 
5. control your diabetes if you have it
