Our dear customer there is no medications or surgical producer that is used to elongate fingers.

The length and the width of finger is genetic and related to body forum and shape and we can not do any thing to change them.

The only thing you can do is to lose weight if you are over weighted as the body as whole lose weight include the fats in your hands and arm which may result in better shape.
