the best day to have intercourse is the ovulation day

what is the ovulation day ?

it is the day14 after the first day of your last period
the egg remains for 48 hours , so you should repeat intercourse 2 days befor and after  the ovulation day

there are many tips to get pregnant which are :

you should do preconception checkup by your doctor to take a full medical history and to examine you and do CBC test
take folic acid supplememts
stop smoking or alcohol drinking
take multivitamins supplement
lay for at least 15-20 minute after having sex
dont go to the bathroom after having sex
