1. if it is associated with puberty then lifestyle habits such as proper diet and exercise
2. stop the offending drug as it could be a side effect for it
3.  Selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) such as tamoxifen, raloxifene
4.  Aromatase inhibitors such as anastrozole
5. Androgens or anabolic steroids may be effective for gynecomastia
6. if it is unresponsive to medication then the treatment is surgery by breast reduction surgery
