it indicates infection in the vagina mostly which called vagintis which is an infection caused by bacteria , fungus , or parasites

symptoms of vaginitis :

vaginal discharge
vaginal itching
burning sensation
painful sex :dysparunia

diagnosis :

we can diagnose vaginits by taking a full  medical history

vaginitis is treated by the following

metronidazole 500mg three times dialy
flucan 150mg once and then repeat the dose within 5 days
miconazole cream three times dialy
avoiding sex with your husband
dont wear tight clothes
