3. in investiigation and imaging differentiation , chest Xray is very important in diagnosig sarcoidosis along with clinical examination and calcium level
4. while radiographic imaging in fybromyalgia is helpful

3. Drugs that inhibit muscle spasms such as gabapentine
4. Strong analgesics such as opioids, but you should also be careful about these drugs because they cause addiction.
