I mean. Im asking if im pregnant. Because i dont have period from april to june. But this july to september i have my period. But.i have a lower abdominal pain left and i felt that there are something moving to inside my tummy.. move like a baby. And my tummy is big now but i am negative to pregnancy test and in blood. Am i pregnant?

the only way to confirm the diagnosis of pregnancy are
1. congested breasts, the first symptoms of pregnancy
2. Exhaustion.
3. Slight bleeding or colic
4. Nausea with or without vomiting
5. Hunger and cravings for food
6. Headache.
7. Constipation.
8. Mood swings.

- BHcg level in the blood in the first week
- Urine BHcg test in the 3rd to forth week
- and observing fetal sac by ultrasound after the 6th week
