What is the treatment for shoe bites?

1.Drink plenty of water 
2.Avoid irritation and effort on your feet (Rest as much as possible)
3.Ice Cubes

What are the remedies for avoiding shoe bites?

1.Apply a little petroleum jelly (Vaseline) inside your shoe and leave it on overnight.
2.Apply coconut oil inside your shoes for three consecutive nights to soften them before wearing. 3.You could apply castor oil too inside the shoes
4.Apply some raw potato slices inside the shoe and particularly the heel area.
