• Avoid types of food that exacerbate your symptoms like beans and others
• Exercise daily and walk for at least 30 minutes per day.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol drinks
• Avoid sleep after meals
• At night, elevate your head under two pillows to decrease acidity at your chest
• Take before bedtime, one tab of omeprazole 20 mg to relieve symptoms
• Take famotidine 40 mg 15 minutes before meals

Symptoms of acid reflux
